Design Ownership
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all creative works produced by Sira Studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sira Studio.

- Floor plansMood boards

- Design presentations
- 3D renderings
- Visualizations
- Styling concepts
- Custom design solutions
The purchase of design services does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Client Usage Rights
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the approved design solely for the specific project and property for which it was created.
Clients may not:
- Replicate designs for additional properties
- Sell or transfer design materials
- Distribute design materials to third parties for commercial purposes
- Modify or reproduce designs without written approval from Sira Studio
Preliminary Concepts and Proposals
All proposals, quotations, sketches, mood boards, presentations, concepts, and preliminary materials remain the property of Sira Studio regardless of whether a project proceeds.
Such materials may not be copied, implemented, reproduced, or shared without prior written consent.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sira Studio reserves the right to photograph, record, publish, and display completed projects for:
- Portfolio purposes
- Marketing
- Advertising
- Social media
- Publications
- Awards submissions
- Website content
Client privacy and confidentiality will always be respected.
Limitation of Liability
