REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sira Studio, we strive to provide a professional and transparent client experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing consultations, design services, and project-related engagements.
Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Design Services
Once design work has commenced, payments made for completed stages, deliverables, or services are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Design concepts
- Space planning
- Mood boards
- Material selections
- Renderings and visualizations
- Design presentations
- Site visits and consultations
Project Execution Services
Deposits, procurement payments, supplier payments, contractor commitments, custom-made orders, and similar project expenses are generally non-refundable once incurred or committed.
Where cancellation occurs after project commencement, Sira Studio reserves the right to retain all amounts corresponding to services rendered, work completed, and expenses incurred.
Client-Initiated Cancellation
A client may terminate a project by providing written notice.
Upon cancellation, Sira Studio shall be entitled to payment for:
- All completed work
- All approved deliverables
- All site visits and consultations performed
- All procurement and supplier commitments
- Any costs or liabilities incurred before cancellation
Cancellation by Sira Studio
Sira Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:
- Payments remain overdue
- Required project information is not provided
- Cooperation necessary for project completion is withheld
- Abusive, inappropriate, or unlawful conduct occurs
- Circumstances arise that make continuation of the project impractical or impossible
Force Majeure
Sira Studio shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including supplier delays, labor shortages, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, natural events, or similar unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Kuwait.
